Minimum Order:
There is no minimum on retail orders. I welcome retail orders of all sizes.
There is a
minimum on wholesale orders since wholesale is a discounted price.
Shipping:
USPS shipping is $6.00 for orders under $50.00. FREE SHIPPING on
orders of $50.00 or more in the US only. (Excluding wholesale orders, there
is a shipping charge for wholesale orders). FREE SHIPPING to North
Carolina.
Shipping Time:
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. If there will be a delay in
shipping your order you will be contacted. Wholesale orders can take
anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order and
availability.
Payment Options:
I accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. I also accept debit cards,
credit cards (Including American Express) and eChecks through Paypal,
you do not need a Paypal account to place an order. You may also opt to
pay by Money Order. Simply select Money Order as your form of payment
and mail your money order to:

Back Orders:
Should you order an item that is not currently in stock you will be contacted.

Returns:
Due to the nature of the natural personal care products we sell, we cannot
accept returns. If I ship something incorrectly to you, please let me know
and I will correct the problem. It is my personal and professional policy to
insure the happiness of my customers.
Damage Claims:
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse the shipment
and notify me immediately. If the order is damaged only internally, notify me
within two days of receipt of the package. PLEASE NOTE all boxes,
packaging material and product must remain undisturbed and intact in
order to process a claim. It is very likely the shipper may need to inspect
the package.
